It'll be fun to see you again too! We're staying in a nearby hostel...it's like 5 minutes away walking, I believe? Just a couple of blocks. The hostel's obviously not as nice as a hotel but it's near and it's cheap! And the one we got has been voted one of the best hostels in Vancouver, so it's not skeevy or anything.

We did! I haven't told many people because lol, I don't want another repeat of the Eyecon breakfast that never was, but I think we're both hoping this gives us closure from that mishap. XD

It's the Hostelling International Vancouver Downtown hostel. I've got a HI membership so it's slightly cheaper than their regular prices because of that, but it was the cheapest non-skeevy place we could find that was near the con hotel.

Seeeriously, so jealous of the coffee lounge thing. But I hope you will get the chance to do something like that with him in the future! Seems like he's a staple for cons these days, so he'll be more available, I would think.

And true, though I have to say after how everyone jumped on the Misha bandwagon after the last couple cons, I expected the wine thing to go for $700+ but it was only $35 more than what we were going to pay for the breakfast at EyeCon. So maybe there's hope!

I am taking a physiology course, and it's alright, but trying to cram a semester of phys into six weeks is quite a bit of work. Also I joined a biofuels lab for my remaining three credits, and there are hundreds and hundreds of genes I ought to be analyzing at the moment, if only I weren't so LAZY.

I have no idea when graduation is, I'm not going. :D
