Things that are good:

- I JUST REGISTERED FOR AZKATRAZ. OMGOMGOMG SO EXCITED. Full registration + HBP ticket, is that what everyone else got too? Let me know! I can't wait to see you guys again, omg, HIGHLIGHT OF MY YEAR. ♥! WHO'S GOING? fdks;aflkjslfsjdk

- hd_holidays fic is DONE, holy shit. Most stressful fest experience I've had by far, but I suppose I have myself and my procrastination to blame for that. I'm just relieved it's finally over, omg.

- deancastiel! I ship them so hard. So hard. They're sort of the reason it was so difficult to concentrate on hd_holidays, actually, since I'd keep going "what I reeeeally wanna write is Castiel doing this or Dean doing that.." >.> Anyway, off_that_bridge made a fanvid, and it's gorgeous, christ. I rarely rec vids, so since I am, you should all take my word for it and go watch it! :)

- Apparently Amazon is selling season 3 of SPN for only $14.99, so I snagged it. :D

- RAHM. OMG RAHM. Yesterday was his birthday and I was too busy to spend much time at rahmbamarama, but I intend to make up for it today. It shall be a good day indeed.

- RAHM CALENDAR. THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE GREATEST THING SINCE THE CONCEPT OF MONTHS WAS FIRST CONCEIVED. I can't wait till it gets here, omg. I also ordered another Rahm thong, hahaha, because clearly one just won't do. :|


Things that are not good:

- Mumbai. :( I have so many Indian friends, and this one feels surprisingly close to home. Please stay safe, everyone. ♥

- My father. I'd barely been home for half a day before he started asking me if I had a new boyfriend (no), if I liked anyone (no), if anyone liked me (yes), and to please describe each one and why I didn't like him (ugh). Then, he goes, "Let me list the qualities I want your boyfriend to have. I prefer a nice, smart Chinese boy from a family like ours, blah blah blah, blah blah blah." THEN, THEN, HE FINDS AN ONLINE DATING SITE FOR CHINESE FOBS IN THE U.S. AND PROCEEDS TO CLICK ON RANDOM GUYS HE THINKS LOOKS NICE AND READ ME THEIR MOTHERFUCKING PROFILES. I mean, it was half in jest, but only like HALF. God, wtf, life. D:

Hahahha, I don't think it's strictly an East Coast thing since I've heard a lot of Asians from Cali use the term too. But I mean, I first learned what it meant wayyy back in my early teens, so I'm sure it's pretty widespread by now.

LOL, I would love to see his reaction to them (and I am thinking about making Rahmbras, too!), but on the other hand that would mean he'd pretty much have to know about rahmbamarama too and that would just be so >.<-y. HE WOULD PROBABLY FIND OUT ALL OF OUR ADDRESSES AND SEND US DEAD FISH.

I just got a text from a friend of mine who bought Season 3 for 15 dollars at Best Buy. I got mine on the release day; it would have been 60, but I had a gift certificate. It was still expensive. You're so lucky to find such a deal!

My mom look at dating sites and make up hilarious stories for all the creepers. It's a bunch of fun. And though she seems convinced that I am a lesbian (I never date anyone), still tells me about her friends sons. :D Oh, Mom.

I actually really enjoy the turn they've taken this season. They aren't shoving religious ideas down my throat -- they're just taking on a whole new level of EPIC that I absolutely cannot get enough of. Agreed about Anna, though, didn't like her either. CASTIEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ANGEL IN THE BACK OF THE IMPALA WITH DEAN. D: D: Though I half suspect this is Kripke's way of trying to make Dean/Castiel as canon as possible, hahaha.

Family antics, aren't they fun? My father has the "your not dating until your 30" kind of response in regards to my lovelife which I find hilarious (he's been saying that ever since I was born, haha). It's funny but in my family there hasn't been much pressure in terms of finding a SO, and I'm thankful for that. Sorry that your father seems to be playing "matchmaker" (or lacking in better terms, "pimp") for you. I can imagine how embarrassing and frustrating that is. *hugs*

Me too! I always kind of half-heartedly waved a little Sam/Dean flag because that was the obvious thing to do if you liked both Supernatural and slash, but I never got into fandom/fic because canon already gave me everything I wanted. But now that Castiel's around I'm soaking up everything fandom can churn out and completely loving it. XD

They're fun when they happen to OTHER PEOPLE. :P And up until now it's pretty much been that way, so I'm just starting to get a taste of it. Funnily, I always thought my father was the "no dating till you're 30" type too, but I am only 22. D: LOL @ MY PIMP, fjdlks;aflks ♥!! Man, it cracks me up at this point more than it concerns or embarrasses me, but I can only hope it doesn't get worse.

HERE all my friends are suffering with the same problem too.Their parents search for all the relatives of friends,colleagues....they EVEN arrange appointment for thier children.So yeah,I'm happy my parents are reasonable.Many Chinese parents just don't know how to let go after their children have became adults.I think that's the effect of your dad's instinct left.
