Between keeping track of 700 pledgers and almost 2000 donations to Random Acts and sending out 2500+ emails and trying to keep Misha's run page updated, and also having a real life and meeting cute Portuguese boys, I haven't glanced at my flist in over two weeks, much less read any fic. So, yes, I am feeling very out of touch with fandom these days. :(

But yesterday I fell in love with Dean/Castiel all over again; now I'm all "omg ship <33333333333333" and excited for the new season to start and craving some good fic and fun fandom updates. Help a girl out? :D Or just tell me what's been going on with you, I hope everyone's been well!

ALSO, IF ANYBODY WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT THE WHITE COLLAR MID-SEASON FINALE, I WOULD NOT BE OPPOSED TO THIS. JUST SAYIN'.

Eee, White Collar! I was talking with a RL friend after the finale, and we were saying the reason we love this show so much is that in most shows, Neal would be all, "I can't tell Peter things, he's the fuzz!" And Peter would be all, "I can't tell Neal things, he's a criminal!"

But here it's all, "Hey, I have some problems, here's what's going on, and let's open the music box together!" And near the end, Peter just kept telling Neal to look at him, which was the sweetest way ever of telling someone to drop a gun. Even Mozzie calls Peter when there's trouble! And OMG, Mozzie!!

OMG, White Collar. It reminded me a bit of Supernatural first season finale, in terms of powerful cliffhanger... It took a while, but I gradually fell in love with it. <3

DUDE WHITE COLLAR. LIKE, OMG. MOZZIE!! D: Andand Neil's I'msodesparate!hair and Peter's I'msodisappointed!face! And I love how artfully mussed Neil's hair was in the end. It made me laugh. He looked like those descriptions of how hair should be after sex, but which rarely happen in real life. And it was hot.

And yeah, lj. >.> I think I'll start using DW to crosspost and just use lj to keep up with friends. I don't care that they say that locked posts will not be reposted. Considering how buggy pingbacks are(which right now I find the bigger privacy threat), I don't trust them to not have bugs with the reposting to facebook and twitter.

I'm doing okay. Things happened irl, stressed out on them, but things are going relatively smoother now. I think. But that's stuff I'm sure you don't wanna hear, so otherwise with that I'm doing pretty okay. Got myself a new camera which I have been playing with. So excited about it too! And I'm really stoked for Chicago Con!

Regarding SPN S6, I'm not enthusiastic about it? I haven't read spoilers, staying completely spoiler-free, but I've had this dreaded feeling ever since the finale aired and I'm not sold on them having another season to begin with anyway. I mean, I want to be reassured that it won't completely suck and that we'll have more epic Dean/Cas moments and that I'm worrying over nothing, but idk. :/

I still love Dean/Castiel, of course. That part of fandom never fails on making me squee. And Misha, naturally. The Random Acts thing really makes me adore him even further, so happy that I contributed in donating. ♥ ♥ ♥

That's great to hear! I just got the season five dvds (I gave up on trying to find the ones at Target that have the bonus disk) and just bought them at the super market. Oh, Dean/Cas. I still love that scene in Children Are Our Future where Dean gently picks up action figure!Cas. Dean's scenes with Cas are even shippy when Cas is a molded piece of plastic.
