Perhaps being done with AIWWOW has given me a false sense of having tons of free time, because there are certainly a ton of things I should be doing right now, but I feel like I have all the time in the world to procrastinate.

So, if anyone feels like indulging and/or entertaining me, this post is officially the ~Every Meme Ever~ post.

You know, the anonymous confessions meme, the "ask me anything" meme, the "ask me why I love you" meme, the fanfiction meme going around now where you tell me what fic of mine you like best (or worst!), the anonymous writing feedback meme, etc. Actually, let's make that the anonymous writing concrit meme, since I assume if you really wanted to tell me positive things you would've already done so on the fic post(s).

I don't think I've ever made threads for myself on any of those big public memes, so have at me now, whatever you want to say. (Or else I may just resort to playing with the whoopee cushion strangeandcharm sent me all night. -.-)

Aww, thank you! I don't write original fiction, and nor do I have any plans or desire to. TBH I don't even particularly like writing, lol, I am an engineer. I just love Dean/Castiel a lot and if I could get the stories out some other way, I would.

I love to read stories with really twisty, intricate plots, where everything ties up and just falls into place at the end and it's amazing. Definitely don't think I could write it, though.

Awww, thank you bb, I'm pleased you like my writing! Especially since I think the first Dean/Castiel fic I wrote was spawned from a conversation we were having. If we hadn't had that conversation, I probably never even would have gotten into writing fic at all. And LOL, I'm pleased you liked the BSG parodies too, oh man, thank you for even remembering those! ♥

MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS JUST TO REPEAT MOST OF WHAT YOU SAID BACK TO YOU, about how utterly adorable and sweet you are and how much fun I have talking and squeeing with you about things. It's all true, your enthusiasm reminds me of my own. But I also love how you always unravel so many layers of every episode in your metas. I tend to concentrate on the Castiel-related things, but you think about the big picture mythologies and arcs and other characters and those thoughts are always refreshing to read. Plus, I love how you always find a way to relate it back to BSG. *g*

Ask anything meme: Do you still feel awkward writing about Castiel now that you've been on a ~date~ with Misha? I mean, you sat around and chatted with him for a long time; has that altered your perception of him? If it did, how so?

Fic meme: The fic of yours I like best is a tie between AIWWOW because ♥♥♥♥♥ and the very first fic of yours I read, back before we'd even spoken, the one where Castiel doesn't fall which I have a suspicion may actually be titled The One Where Castiel Doesn't Fall. It was epic.

I only mostly feel awkward about the non-con, if anything. It's not too difficult to separate Misha from Castiel, but if I think about it too hard (which I sometimes do), it does feel weird because Misha is just a guy, and he was funny and cute while we were chatting, but also quieter than he is when he's on stage and much more of a normal guy. He wasn't purposely trying to be entertaining. Which makes him less celebrity and more real and sometimes I am all, omg I write about your character who has your face and your body, getting raped. D: So, uh, there will probably be much less of that in the future. Besides, I've gotten that story out of the way already and don't feel the need to do another take on it.

UGH WHY DON'T I LOVE YOU? I forget if I commented on it, but when I first started floating around deancastiel LJ, one of the first fics I read was 'Paradise Forgotten'. As soon as I finished it, I knew I had to look at all the other things the ficcer had written and give lots o' love.

I was AGHAST (D: 'NOOOO!') to find there was no author attached to it at the time and became obsessed (relatively, since I gave up after awhile..) with finding the author to fit the fic. Like a glass slipper! :D

I was already very into reading AIWWOW when you posted to reveal you were that author. <3 I read that fic at least three or four times and I had no idea it was you.

First, an ILU statement.

ILU b/c you were my introduction to the real idea of Dean/Cas, when it had only crossed my mind in an idle way that these two were LOVE LOVE LOVE. I found your meta via the google, it was thinky and heartfelt and squeeful and well-written and (IIRC) accented with beeyoooteeful screenshots. You hooked me.

Also, ILU b/c you were my first SPN fandom friend -- even though it was just from commenting back and forth on different things on your posts, it made me feel more comfortable about venturing into this new world. I think it took me a couple of months to actually "friend" someone for real: thevinegarworks was Friend #1 and you, my dear, #2. For a while it was just the two of you feeding my love of Show, aw! From you I learned about "bb" and how to make a LJ cut and other such life necessities. : )

Lastly, ILU b/c you are as smart as a whip, write like a dream, post picspam recaps right after the episode airs (how do you doooo that? I have to mull it over, like chewing cud), make me laugh, don't take yourself seriously, and have epic milkshake dates with Misha Fucking Collins.

Second, an embarrassing confession.

I am three or four chapters behind on AIWWOW. I know, I can't believe it myself, being such a glutton for Dean/Cas, WIPS, and your fic in particular! I think it's somehow tied into my major paper procrastination -- like saving dessert for last? Maybe I think I'll reward myself when I finally finish the beastly thing (my paper, not your fic) I will curl up with my laptop, some hot cocoa, and read like a mofo. I love Tracy because the sky is blue. ...nah, kidding. I love you because you are a genuinely good friend. You get me. And you let me whine and bitch and moan. But you also squee-out with me about the geekiest things imaginable. You're sarcastic and blunt, which I think is endlessly amusing. You're a wonderful writer and so so fun to write with. We have so many interests in common, it's ridiculous. I still remember you as a 15 year old that everyone was nervous of because of your mad beta skills and sharp tongue. :D It's adorable when you just collapse on the nearest soft surface with Draco!pilloe and that every time we hang out, you bring those silk pants! I love YOU for many of the same reasons you listed -- you're always around when I want to talk, we have so much in common to squee together about, we have so much fun doing everything from watching SPN to RPing and writing together, and holy shit I think you may just have been my very first fandom friend. You were definitely the first one from Armchair chat that I started talking to regularly, and I can't think of anyone else who I was ever remotely close with that came before you. Dude, that was a long freaking time ago. I love how we have basically grown up together since those embarrassing teenage years, and that's not to say I'm much more mature now than I was then, but we have had many a conversation about general life shit over the years that I know you've influenced the way I've turned out. Which is so very ♥-worthy. Plus, you are just geeky and fun and adorable and SO LOVEY. But also hilariously bitchy when you should be, which I also love.

I can't decide if I love "On Daftness" more or "Four Paper Dragons" more. I have fonder memories of OD since it was longer and we spent so much time RPing and writing it together whereas the writing separate scenes thing we did with FPD was much less interactive, but I think FPD might have been the better fic, objectively speaking. How I know you? I just got my LJ account, but I have seen your screen name mentioned in so many places and always with praises (hm...it rhymes)over past months. So I got curious and decided to find more from you. And I found your journal and then through you I found spn_castiel and said "what the heck, I wanna join the fun" and it was you (unknowingly) who slowly converted me to LJ and to Dean/Castiel and I'm not even a slash fan - but Misha fan I am...(rhymes again, this is turning into a poem).

Hahha I'm one of those who usually won't read a WIP. The wait kills me, but more than that, I think it's the fact that I read far too many that authors just gave up on back in my last fandom, so I'm a little cynical about them. Of course, I now know how incredible it is to have folks following along while I'm writing it, so perhaps I should rethink my position on that.
