you know how when you watch Castiel on the screen you can only manage incoherent babble? Yeah that was me the WHOLE time. Also? I'm surprised you didn't bring up the fact that Cas was sitting perching on top of Bobby's desk when they were at his house. I literally kept rewinding it backwards because it was just too freaking adorable. (along with the little cuts on his eyebrow. I don't know why I find it adorable and endearing, but I totally do. oh and fun fact? I have a scar right above where those cuts are IRL.)

If that's the way the show goes, then I guess that's a really fair and valid point and I approve!!! Granted, I'd sort of like it to bend itself toward what happened in the future in The End... like Sam is too weak and becomes Lucifer (plan!fail), Castiel sticks like glue to his bb Dean (and develops a thing for drugs D: but if it means he sticks with Dean \0/) and yeah... I dunno... it'd be cool.

And yeah, I miss the old stuff, but I really like the new stuff, too. I guess it makes sense if the devil is neutralized that the angels will go bye-bye considering they barely ever were around anyway (hence the AWESOME and shocking reveal of Cas... back in the day), but blah. I don't know. We shall see.

He seemed dead against it at the end of the conversation with Cas in the car, but who knows, maybe he thought about it after that and came around? Ehh, I guess with so little time left, they had to rush this along.

It'd be cool to explore that, but it's too tied into the apocalypse and I know they want to wrap this up so I don't think it's gonna happen. Plus, so depressing. /o\ I think they're skirting close enough to The End in these last couple of eps.

I've never squee'd so much as I did in this episode. I watched it with my mom and it it was a little embarrassing when I literally flailed for at least a minute when Bobby stood up again (though he needs to apologize to Cas: Bobby was a bitch with no sense of perspective in that moment, trufax) and they were all glowing!
Also I kept laughing at inappropriate times.

In the last shot I inevitably gushed "Oh my god Jensen is too fucking pretty to be real. Seriously, like, unfairly so." My mom was all, "He's not PRETTY, he's HANDSOME, Sam is pretty."

I was all "Geez, mom, don't harsh my squee. You don't know fandom. o_o" except that I didn't actually say that but she was so bizarrely adamant about Jensen NOT being pretty. XD

Don't worry, Dean, Cas knows your beautiful and so do I!

I dunno, but I HOPE that he is human permanently. The lines tonight implied that it's permanent...

And I'm hoping that they made him human so that they can have a reason to keep him around for season 6.

Either way, I'm happy about human!Cas, since I've been waiting for it to happen (and reckoned that if it DID happen, it would be when he reappeared after 5.18)... Just as long as they stay away from future!Cas...

I would be cool with your spoilery theory. WAY cool with it... Though if it isn't him, and must be Cas or Bobby (don't forget, Chuck is supposed to be around next week too), I'll take keeping Cas over Bobby...
